        I called the customer service line because I ordered the light pink roses and it got substituted to red roses. There is no where on the website(on the phone) that states there can be substitutions but when I called the customer service, they stated it can be done and they said if you dont like it then you can bring it back for refund. I was trying to work something out and yet all I got was that and they hung up the phone sadly, they didnt hang up the phone all the way and they were talking about me after they put down the phone and I was able to hear it. I think the roses were pretty and they looked okay but it was just not what I wanted and all I wanted to do was work that out and yet that is what happened. I get that it is a Valentines Day and it is busy but just disappointed in customer service. I cant even return it and gotta go with it and to a certain extent I like the flowers but bad mouthing a customer and hanging up the phone is not a proper customer service. Thank you for the flowers but because of the customer service I am definitely not returning back

        I had a very bad experience. Ordered roses for a surprise valentines gift for my sister and it was not delivered. I called at 1pm and they said its on the way and will be delivered soon but they never arrived. This ruined the surprise Valentines gift I had for my lovely sister and shes sad thinking that no one thought about her, I wish they told me they couldnt deliver the roses on the same day and I could find an alternative solution. I called them early morning the next day the lady said itll be delivered this morning and it is 6pm and nothing was delivered! I am profoundly disappointed.
