Edit: They contacted me the day after I posted this review to apologize and refund the $30 membership fee. This group charges a $30 membership fee just to make an appointment with a therapist. We were recommended to a specific therapist by a friend so I went in ahead and paid the $30 fee last week to make an appointment for this week, yesterday. We filled out all the new patient paperwork and then on the day of the (online) appointment, nothing. Didnt get a call back or link or anything. Then I checked the patient portal and it said the appointment was cancelled, no reason given! I called the office the next day, today, and was on hold for 20 minutes before receptionist picked up. She had no idea why the appointment was cancelled but I could make an appointment with another therapist (for sometime in the next few weeks, Im sure). I was felt like I was being ripped off so asked for my money back. The receptionist says she forwarded my refund request to the billing department and theyll get back to me whenever. In a nutshell, if you need a therapist right now, dont call this group. Theyll take your $30 and provide nothing in return.

I have been trying to get ahold of Billing for a week. No one has tried to call me back. I have made multiple disputes with scheduling and they cannot help me except send a message to billing. This company doesnt follow their mission to help people live happier. They have caused even more stress and anxiety. I DO NOT RECOMMEND going here!

I started my sessions midway through 2021 with Mary Guthrie for individual sessions and she was able to give me the tricks and tools to grow as a person and I was able to become a better person for it. I also had couples counseling with Suzy Mellon and she was able to help us grow for the better as well. I appreciate everything they have done for me and I will continue to take the tips and tricks they gave me for years to come.
