I had a chance to visit Officine Panerai Houston yesterday to see if the boutique had one of the watches I want to own. I was greeted by Raul Villarreal, a sales advisor, at the store. Although the dream watch was not available to me, I had an amazing experience getting the chance to check out the current 47mm dia. selections from Raul. His service was exemplary and did not change even when I left the store without buying a watch after troubling him for nearly 2 hours. I strongly recommend Raul to you if you do check out the Houston boutique next time.

I had the pleasure of communicating with Mr. Jack. Mr. Jack was very kind, professional and patient. He was also very knowledgeable about the Panera timepiece. This was a great Panerai experience!

Great customer service, each member of the staff can answer questions top to bottom about the watches. I love my Radiomir, and ask for Jack, hes the person youll want taking care of you.
