I pawned my new samsung watch with the charger. But when I get my watch out they dont have the charger because it was sold with another watch. Manager told me thay he would order me a new one and call me when he did. Never called I went in person a couple of times and no one was willing to help.

This is a small Cash America pawn shop located on Gessner Road @ the Katy Fwy. Since the covid-19 pandemic started, it seems that a lot of pawn shops are low on merchandise. This pawn shop has a small selection of power tools, keyboards, guitars, shoes and purses. They also have a selection of NASCAR diecast Dale Earnhardt Jr. cars in display cases. The store associate who assisted me was friendly and helpful.

Tried to call them to resolve and issue, I asked for manager they placed me on hold. They had 15 mins to close, I tried calling back and they kept hanging up on me. I work 7am to 7 pm and my job doesn't allow us to have our phones on site at all, so I managed to leave 15 mins early so I could get my issue resolved they just didnt care. Very disappointed, I hoped that first cash buying them would improve their customer service not worsen it.
