I truly appreciate the entire staff and doctor at Castle Dental - Copperfield. I also work in healthcare, and deal with patient service day in, and day out. The staff here were very friendly, patient and willing to answer any questions I had. It is truly apppreciated. Keep up the great work!

The staff is the only reason why Im giving this place two stars. They were so kind, helpful, and friendly but the Dentist is money hungry. She told me I had 10 cavities and two days later I went to another dentist to get work done, I asked the new dentist to check for cavities which he checked by X-ray and actually looking in my mouth and he said I had none. I take good care of my teeth and I dont even eat candy or drink soda or anything to extent that I will have 10 cavities. I cant believe that dentist lied to me

I Love This Office! Everyone here extremely kind and sympathetic to your needs. Service is beyond expectations. Being afraid for so many years, no feel of fear here. Totally a judgement free zone. My next review will be including before and after pictures. I'm so excited today with this journey with my new and permanent dental family staff... I was a little suspect about my prior dentist and so I came upon Castle Dental. I'm pleased. They are not as fancy as other places, but also not pretentious. They got me in same day optional for a chipped tooth (which turned into a root canal) and their prices were what I expected to pay. The staff was friendly and courteous.

My daughter has been going to this office for 7 years. I didnt have any problems until about a year ago. The dentist is great but the front desk staff is rude and unprofessional. Today my daughters appointment was scheduled for 9:00am, so Im waiting at the door and the staff is standing looking at me at the front desk. I then call and the office manager tells me it will be about ten minutes for them to setup so wait in my car. Im irritated because I took a half day off from work and I have another appointment scheduled. No call back by 9:15 so I call AGAIN. The office manager again tells me another 10 minutes. I again explain to her that my appointment was at 9:00am. The only thing she says is we can reschedule, no Im sorry! Next she tells me shes going to reschedule my appointment because Im too unset. Are you serious?? Im calling corporate to report her immediately. She acts like I work for her that Im not a customer. Then when I call back to get answers she puts me on hold for 15 minutes and comes back and tells me the person is busy. I definitely will be taking my business somewhere else! Its a shame because the doctor was so patient with my daughter because she started going there at 5 yrs old and now she is 13 yrs old and she hates shots. The DOCTOR was the only reason why I went there so long, but Im tired of that rude and conning office manager(front desk). Shes taking away customers from a good doctor. So sad! But that lady will answer for her rude behavior. If I have to talk to the president of Castle Dental I want answers on how this office manager is allowed to behave in this manner
