I have been here twice once when I brought my daughter then second time I brought my disabled mother. Both times there was arguing and very unprofessional behavior amongst the staff. The 1st time I assumed it was a bad day but to return months later and different staff are yelling at each other makes me feel like this is a common occurrence. Not to mention both times we waited a long time wondering if we'd been forgotten. I am immediately looking for a new dentist this is unacceptable.

"Interest-free" financing cost my family an $80 "financing fee" PLUS 35% APR on a whopping $260 loan despite the financial officer REPEATEDLY assuring my dad that it cost nothing. Bold-faced scam and tried to deny it when confronted. Don't pay these grifters one red cent. I nearly made myself an appoint for 4-5 figures of dental work but now I know not to make the same mistake my dad did. If they had simply been honest with us, I would have paid the entire charge in cash. Instead they ruined any chance of repeat business from our family.

Even though they were busy, they were very nice and attentive to our needs. They answered all our questions and helped us to find a solution to our financial difficulties.
