I booked a 10 AM appointment for today, arrived at 09:56, and then left at 10:05. The front door was still locked and the lights were out. This was the first and will be the last time that I attempt to use this business.

I called the Gent Spot on Friday night with a special request. Im currently battling cancer and called to ask if they would be willing to shave my head. I spoke with Miles and asked for a design but told him I trusted his expertise. When my friends and I arrived we were greeted with smiles and cheer. We ordered drinks at the bar and hung out in the lounge area. The owners and Miles truly delivered a wonderful experience for what should have been a completely heartbreaking experience. Everyone here rolled out the red carpet for our experience. I left feeling empowered and completely pampered like a queen. If you are in the Houston area you definitely need to come to the Gent Spot. Theyve gained a lifelong customer in me. Thank you again Paco, Melvin and Miles you guys truly changed my life and I Am forever grateful.
