My worst decision in a long time by falling for their 25/month advertisement sent to my house. Signed up for the service in middle of March this year for, and got their containers sent to me in early April. When I called, their representative said it's my fault that I didn't call earlier. 25 dollars/month, but not sure how my bill is at 364.67 in less than 3 months at the time I'm typing this. I wasted hours on phones with them, and line was disconnected after keeping me on a long hold. Their customer service team seems not to care about customers. I will pay this bill and go far far away from them.

Live and Bensalem pa and at least every other week they miss a day of pick up. Ready to get rid of then

I’m not sure what’s the problem with this company workers but EVERY single week on Thursdays (Large st and Magee ave, 19149) they skip every other recycling bin, including mine. I always put plastic, paper and glass separately but still they leave those bins behind, just like today (4/2/2020) Too bad I can’t add photos :/ Thanks, great job!
