I cannot recommend Mike and his team more. They are professional, efficient, clean, and detail oriented professionals. We have two small children and were never worried about loose nails or debris at the end of the day. Also, Mikes quote was fair and all inclusive. No surprise extra costs along the way. What he quoted was what we paid. Furthermore, when the inspector for the city came to sign off on the final product he gushed about what amazing work we had done and how quickly it was completed. Prior to our remodel I couldnt wait to move and viewed the project as a step in getting ready to list our house. Now I feel like Ill never want to leave. If you watch Love It or List It on HGTV Ive decided to love it! I don't know where to start with Mike and his team. If you are looking to have great work done call Total Home Construction now. Mike 's quote is exactly what we paid. No additional charges or hidden costs. He and his guys showed up to work everyday and even on a few Saturdays. I can't compliment him enough on how clean they were everyday making sure no dust or debris was left behind. Mike and his team care as if it were their house they were working on. Customer for life. Mike and his team recently completed our TOTAL kitchen renovation and small fireplace makeover and my husband and I couldn't be happier. Our 1941 kitchen needed a lot of work and Mike and his team demoed the entire thing in one day. The team then proceeded to complete the project in approximately 2.5 weeks - soffit removal, cabinetry, a custom window seat, counter tops, floors, lighting, sink, paint, etc. The team also redid our 1980s black marble fireplace. The kitchen and fireplace both look so beautiful now. Things we especially liked about Total Home Construction: - We paid what we were quoted - Mike even absorbed some of our electrical work that was above and beyond what we originally thought was needed. - Project was cleaned up at the end of each day - no screws on the ground, tools left out, etc. - Speed of completion without sacrificing quality. - Mike checking in with us each morning and each evening, texts and calls to make sure we were happy. - We had one issue that we brought to Mike's attention and he came to our home at 8:00 in the evening to talk through it and resolve it. Definitely made us feel better! I would absolutely recommend Mike and his team! Mike was referred to me by a friend. Thanks Rosie! What an amazing transformation for my bathroom. Mike, Jesse & John did a fantastic job remodeling my bath. Not only are they professional, they are kind & caring. Very pleasant individuals. I recommend them to anyone wanting quality work done. I just love my new bathroom.
