Scroggins has done our income taxes for many years. We give high praises to Phil. He answers our questions quickly and makes the issue understandable. He was accommodating when we had a health issue. When we make a mistake, he corrects it. He makes tax season much less stressful (for us, maybe not for him!)...almost bearable!
