I went to have documented notarized to verify identity. Usery, the notary on duty, argued it could not be done after I told him the same document had been notarized previously. This was my second trip to this location and each time I disapprove of the way he is selective in who he will help. Very unprofessional

Such an unorganized place. Very unprofessional came in for notary employee is incompetent to understand documents even though I have came here for same thing three times already.

I have to remark on Mr. Will (Willis) for how kind, patient, efficient, and welcoming he is, always. I've lived in the area for about 3 years now and every time I've come to this store, he is always extremely helpful and patient, no matter how chaotic or overwhelming the line can be. I had the pleasure of talking with him today and truly appreciated the interaction and warmth he exemplified. This is what community is about and I look forward to seeing him and coming to this store for my future shipping needs.

Just wanted to thank Willis for an Amazing customer service, knowledgeable and quick! There was at least 6 customers and in a matter of 8 minutes everybody was assisted and Happy! Remarkable!
