        Extremely poor customer service in this particular branch. I came here to simply fax paperwork for an important job. Machines were not working correctly. Despite multiple attempts. Staff ignored my multiple requests for assistance in the matter, and simply placate me with casual jokes. It wasn't funny to me. I spent a half hour here trying to send a three page fax. This should have taken 5 min. Never got done.. Complete waste of time and resources. Will not be back.
