Alpha Care Supply was amazing from the beginning to the end nothing but professional, courteous, genuine and extremely knowledgeable with creative ideas as well as locations. Todd went above and beyond. They are a Long Island Business that took into account my mother in laws health ailments her requirements and did pass us along to another company. Alpha Care came out to the deepest end of Staten Island with out batting an eyelash or excuse. We needed a chair lift as well as a hydraulic lift installed. Working through the covid times. Alpha care kept in touch. Informing us as our order delivery was tracked up to scheduling installation day. Marc and his team showed up on time. They Proceeded to ask any questions they may have had as well as continued answers all our concerns. Finishing in a timely matter and cleaning up all debris as well as a great tutorial to assist my mother-in-law on how to properly use equipment. She now has the freedom to roam the back yard enjoying the rest of the houses luxuries. Thank you Alpha Care. I would recommend you guys to anyone who is in the need for healthcare assistance and installation.

I had my bathroom remodeled by Alpha Care Supply and it was a wonderful experience. The contractor Todd was a pleasure to communicate with and arrange the job. His employees were skillful, talented, knowledgeable, professional, had an eye for detail, neat/clean, and it was very comfortable having them in my home. I am so happy with my new bathroom and anyone that sees it absolutely loves it. I highly recommend Alpha Care Supply to renovate your bathroom and or kitchen.

My mother could never have returned home without the Stiltz elevator. Her house is an old, stucco house, which could not accommodate other more traditional elevators with more complicated mechanics, and the Stiltz was a perfect solution. The Stiltz is designed to carry passengers between two floors, and it is powered by simply plugging it in to a dedicated line. The ride is smooth, and it has good safety features, even if there is a power failure. We thought it would take weeks, but Brian ordered what we needed and was able to obtain a fabulous contractor (Anthony from AJC Construction), who coordinated the electrician, workmen and painters with the installation crew to get the Stiltz installed within 4 days (the actual elevator was installed in one day). It was a miracle. Everyone worked incredibly hard to get this elevator installed in time, and I am so grateful to each one of them. They were all absolutely wonderful. And my mother is very happy to be at home.

Needed 2 stair chair lifts for elderly parents. From the first phone call (Todd) to final installation (Ronnie) these guys couldn’t have been more efficient, knowledgeable, punctual and at a fare price. The technician /installer couldn’t have been any better, made sure the install was 110% before he left. Even dealing with office staff was a pleasure. Very happy with this company and its representatives, for what I needed I would HIGHLY recommend them!!!
