Lived here and it was the worst. Never got sleep due to loud neighbors. Things we're stolen out of my house and car multiple times. And I got evicted without a notice when I paid every rent bill, even when they were not in the office I put my check in the mail box and somehow they never got many of my checks. I don't recommend this place. Especially if you have kids. Their apartments are easy to break into and they will refuse to do anything for you. And if you want to file taxes on time don't live here cause they have refused to give me my info for my taxes as well.

I've been at Madison Park for the longest. Love how maintenance and the Property Manager are always working hard, walking the buildings and making sure the place looks nice. No problems with police runs, so for me and my kids that means a whole lot.

If you're a fan of mice, cock roaches, loud as Eminem concert neighbors, people who domestically fight daily like it's an episode of WWE Raw, and management that changes each week and won't help you....this is the place for you. Careful plugging in electronics to the overreacting outlets, and have fun listening to your upstairs neighbors walk cause dem walls thinner than your Britney Spears "hit me baby one more time," CD.
