BJ's Wholesale Club

I have to post this, as I need to bring it to management attention, the incorrect costumer service that's occurring at this location with 2 employee. I am just leaving the store it's 10:23am 5/23; so that they know who the employees are. The young male cashier on the only opened lane, doesn't say good morning, no eye contact and his demeanour is such that the customer perception is that he is upset to be there. The other employee is a Senior lady taking care of counting the purchased items at the exit. Every time (we come 3 times a week for our business) she has this incredibly rude attitude with everyone; she tells you to stay quiet; she is super slow at counting; she tells you how we should place them items in the commercial cart , so it's easy for her to count . This is just mind blowing; all employees know that she is nasty and rude with everyone, I ask myself, why isn't she moved to another area, where no customer contact occurs. If it's not because of these 2 employees, I will give the store a 4 stars, as there rest of the employees are very cordial.

First time visiting this store perhaps over 8 years living in Kendall. I used to go to the one in Sunset, but I am glad I have more than 1 choice. The store is well located, with easy access through Kendall Dr or.88th st. Parking is available. The prices are pretty much the same. The quality of products does not differ from other stores. I love the freshness of the veggies, meats, and bakery products. The variety of cheeses is something I also like about BJ's, however lately they are missing my very love Burrata cheese which sometimes redirects me to Publix as first choice. As every BJ's the store is plenty of wines. I could find Catena malbec which is great since this is not always available at BJs. The long line to pay scared me. Without exaggeration, it was almost 4 blocks, all the way to the back and turning around. I would like to congratulate all employees who help reducing the waiting time. I paid in less than 10 min, honestly. They do take initiative caring for us, giving directions to people in line, making the payment process easier, and therefore keeping the line on moving. The self-pay option is greatly appreciated. Overall I had an excellent experience and surely I will come back soon.

I have been coming to this bjs for a decade and I always pay for propane in liquor store and have it filled up today I was told by a very rude girl(Giselle)that I will have to pay for my liquor then go inside the store to pay for propane when I asked why she did not answer and called a manager manager came ( no visible name tag ) and said we have changed paying for propane at liquor store when I asked why and when again there was no answer very rudely said we will make this one exception for you today Im not sure maybe a supervisor can answer me why I cannot pay for propane at the tire shop or a liquor store to avoid a one hour line of people shopping for their home can someone please explain? Extremely rude staff should be properly trained to deal with these type of situation and not be rude to customers

The store is great but the person in the membership department who answer the phone is hell of rude. Takes stars from the store do to the fact customer service is everything if you cant answer correctly , don't bother to answer at all the phone is definitely not for her .
