A G Plumbing H 20 & Gas CH4

I cannot recommend this company. They installed a tankless heater for us recently. Before the installation I had good pressure and hot water everywhere. After the installation I had no pressure or hot water in our kitchen faucet. They denied responsibility, made excuses and even declared the faucet to be in need of replacement. They were more interested in arguing than providing good customer service. I gave them an opportunity to fix it and they declined. I had another plumber flush out the lines and that quickly took care of the problem. Please check all the reviews before deciding who to hire. Service: Boiler installation

We are currently replacing our roof and we were advised by the city that we needed our Gas ventilation replaced because it wasn’t in code compliance. We needed immediate service and A G Plumbing was able to replace the vent ASAP The young man did a great job and I dealt with Andrea from the office who was very informative and provided great customer service. This company charged me an excesive $150 for a diagnostic that could have been completed over the phone by simply asking the right questions. The Manager/Owner Gonzalo Cruz came to my House, looked at my Water Heater and told me it had a leak and that I needed to change it quoting me another $1350 for replacing it for a total of $1500 which it was way excesive for the work. They could have told me all of it over the phone and not tie me in for $150 where they could diagnose the problem over the phone and been upfront about the work and cost. I ended up calling another Plumbing Company who did a great job and charged me only $700 for the same work A G Plumbing wanted to charge double for it. Not recommended unless you want to trow your money away knowing others would be straight foward and upfront about the work and proposal.
