AC Hotel by Marriott Miami Brickell

I recently had the opportunity to stay at a Marriott hotel, and I must say that it was by far the worst experience I have ever had with this hotel chain. As a loyal Marriott member, I had certain expectations, but unfortunately, they were not met during my stay. To start with, my prepaid reservation, which I had made in advance, was inexplicably canceled upon arrival. The front desk staff seemed perplexed and unable to locate my reservation, leaving me and my companions feeling frustrated and inconvenienced. To make matters worse, instead of finding a solution, we were simply informed that our reservation was canceled and that we were being moved to the nearby Element hotel without any proper explanation or attempts to make adjustments. The lack of communication and disregard for our inconvenience was disheartening, to say the least. I had expected better from a Marriott establishment, particularly in terms of customer service. However, the managers we encountered during our stay were shockingly rude and displayed a complete lack of understanding of basic principles of customer care. Their behavior only exacerbated our dissatisfaction and made the whole experience even more disappointing. Overall, this particular Marriott hotel fell far short of the standards I have come to expect from the brand. From the canceled reservation to the unprofessional attitude of the management team, this was an experience that left a sour taste in my mouth. As a loyal Marriott member, I hope that the issues I encountered during my stay are addressed promptly and that steps are taken to ensure that other guests do not have to go through a similar ordeal.

From the moment we drove up I would have to give it a 1 The entrance was blocked by construction we finally figured how to go around the construction only to enter a narrow garage on the second level for valet .. had to wait 20 min for a guy to get the the pulley for our luggage ..finally we go to check in at the front desk no one had iD to identify themselves was given 3 tickets for meals and a drink under the impression for myself and my 2 daughter daily mis informed what for it !!! it was just for me x 3 days .. I guess the front line person forgot to mention this .. then there was fire alarms going off staff acting unconcerned .. and did not advice us on what to do .. thankfully at this point we were waiting for our car for dinner .. the next morning we return for breakfast to be told we already used the 3 tickets yesterday .. went to explain situation to the man with no I D says he was the manager and all he said was sorry .. I would never ever recommend AC .. this location is the worst .. AC in atlanta has been the best so far .. oh yea did I mention I forgot to mention they share the hotel/ pool with another hotel No other way to say it this except they are GHETTO HOTEL shezit Ive ever seen .. DO NOT WASTE yOur time or money I believe this is the longest review I have ever written

An amazing experience at AC hotel! I spent my days with my favorite people at the rooftop hotel- the bartender Helena was 10/10! She made the best drinks during my stay there and her personality was just over the roof! Definitely will be coming here again :)
