We had rented a GMC 4x4 which they refused to make available to us claiming that our credit cards were not working (never had any problems on other rentals so far). We had instead a Nissan Altima (much lower range), very dirty, damaged body, broken rocker panel and which caught on each speed bump, the wiper blades were old and wiped nothing , one tire was almost flat when they gave us the car. Regarding the staff, there is a big lack of consideration for the customers, they prefer to spend their time on their cell phones rather than answer our questions. We speak English and Spanish fluently, despite this they made no effort to discuss with us in order to find a solution. Total refusal on their part and even ignored us. Nous avions lou un 4x4 GMC qu'ils ont refus de nous mettre disposition prtendant que nos cartes de crdit ne fonctionnaient pas (jamais eu de problmes sur les autres locations jusqu' prsent). Nous avons eu la place une Nissan Altima (gamme nettement infrieure), trs sale, carrosserie abme, bas de caisse cass et qui s'accrochait chaque dos d'ne, les balais d'essuis glaces taient vieux et n'essuyaient rien, un pneu tait quasiment plat lorsqu'ils nous ont donn la voiture. Concernant le personnel, gros manque de considration pour les clients, ils prfrent passer leur temps sur leurs tlphones portable plutt que rpondre nos questions. Nous parlons anglais et espagnol couramment, malgr cela ils ont fait aucun effort pour discuter avec nous, afin de trouver une solution. Refus total de leur part et nous ont mme ignor. Nous avions dj pay par avance, et notre carte avait dj t dbite, sinon nous serions alls dans une autre agence. Nous avons signal HERTZ ce manque de professionnalisme.
