    Not much has gone right since using this company. Lapses in coverage that have to be backdated (more than twice they paid the bill too late), LONG wait for customer service to fix their errors. Wrong assignment of benefits costing us money. Unecessary business practices. I don’t know if the goal is to wear out the consumer so they stop trying to use their coverages? And the “Customer Service” department is one of the most unpleasant phone calls I’ve had to make. And I’ve had to make an unfortunate amount of those calls due to their errors. As a licensed agent myself, my entire experience has been jaw dropping. If you don’t have to use them, DONT!

    Zenith American is the TPA or third party administrator for my Teamster medical trust fund. If you are looking at doing business with these people I would strongly caution against using them. I personally have experience with them and I am currently trying to resolve their lack of service that has resulted in my now having close to $10k in medical collections. My excellent credit rating has now been damaged and there is still no solution in sight. One of their "supervisors", Alaina Bailey, out of the Las Vegas office has just flat out quit returning my calls or answering my emails. Only after getting my union business agent involved, who sits on the board of trustees for the fund am I now talking with Kate Berry. She has told me the exact same thing I heard from Alaina. "I will submit all your information to claims and should have an answer tomorrow" I have had to submit the same exact documents on 3 separate occasions and make phone calls to obtain information they say they are "waiting for" from doctors and therapists. I will be rallying the membership of Teamsters local 150 and any other Teamster members to demand that the Teamsters find another solution to managing our medical fund. Many of my co-workers are having similar problems dealing with Zenith American. I have read a few reviews on this company and this is not an isolated event. This company has a history of bad behavior. Be warned, stay away from Zenith American Solutions.

    They are the worst account administrators, Northern California Cement Masons Funds Administraion, Inc. Should be ashame of themselves for using this company. I have been calling regarding death benefits and they don't answer. DON'T USE THEM!
