I dealt with chronic low back and neck pain for decades. After one particularly bad occurrence where I would get adjustments twice a week to try to get some relief, I got fed up. The adjustments were not giving relief for more than an hour. I was getting the same adjustment over and over. (The definition of insanity?) I started on a quest asking everyone I met if they used a chiropractor and what was the process. I eliminated any that scheduled your next appointment while there. Eventually I found Dr. Swenson and the process of the atlas adjustment. It is a very gentle process that I was skeptical about because I didn't hear any cracking! I can say it cha fed my life. I feel great! I only need to go about 3 times a year. Try him!
