Update. Down from 2 to 1 star. Went in tonight to ask about some simple questions, was over an hour before closing time, pretty empty store, and they wouldnt even talk to me about printing some decals for local HS, claimed too Late something about getting ready for back to school LOL. SEE ORIGINAL POST: Reduced stars only because they do not staff-up or extend hours for back to school shopping and dont seem to care. The crowds in line for registers wrap down and around the aisles to the back of the store. We walked in and out 2 years in a row, so they continue to allow this to happen.

Just went in with an emergency, we were on our way to SF for a show when we realised we forgot our ticket print outs! I was so stressed out, I didnt get DudeBro's name but he went above and beyond to help us print our tickets when the machines decided not to cooperate with me. I think they can smell fear tbh. Great service, thank you!
