Sears Hometown Store

Kenmore products are junk. I bought a new refrigerator from Sears a little over a year ago and I have had problems with the seal on the doors since I got it. Service came out and made it worse. Don't buy anything from Sears they have went to having terrible products. I gave 1 star just so I could leave a review.

Exceptional Store, Service and Products! We are so grateful for this store, management, products and service. We were met with such professionalism, knowledge, patience and kindness. The store manager, Russ is extraordinary in presenting quality products, availability and service. It was refreshing to experience such a great response to our needs. It will continue to be a place that we explore and exchange business with in all of our home needs. Thanks to the team we are well on our way to the completion of our home renovations. Absoluty phenomenal team of sales team that are very professional and knowledgeable with all products they have. Very affordable appliances that are of high quality and great warranty options. Will definitely do business again in the future.

Order refrigerator online that was said to have 2 in stock. Arrive to pickup and they have no refrigerators. Called main branch and was told I would have to wait 2 months for one. Was offered $50 off 2400 and free delivery. Had trouble canceling order and am still waiting on the refund. Overpriced and no longer American value items.
