Ordered business cards February 2nd approved the prints via email February 2nd. Today February 12th received an email wanting me to approved the prints again. So it took them 2 weeks to figure out they made a mistake and lost my email somehow. I am a small business and need a reliable company to do the work I paid for up front. I had my staff ready to pass out my cards this week but now will have to reschedule with them. I left 5 emails and received no response. This is the last time I will be doing business with them as they couldn't even respond to my emails. Couldn't even try to make it right.
Please save yourself the trouble and find a more reputable company to do business with. I emailed them and told them to make it right and overnight my cards and they said I tried to blackmail them. What a joke they would write anything in their response to make them themselves look like the good guys even though it is all their fault

If I could give this place no stars I would. we order from here paid then got no response when we never received them they are very unprofessional. I do not recommend this place.

This company is a joke, I wouldnt recommend to anyone, first of all we did an order (a big order). Said we would have it within 5 business days I waited 10 before I messaged the company to see what was going on with my order, wouldnt do nothing about it waited longer and and still have not received my order. They then proceeded to block communication and refuse to send my order.
You guys are pathetic!
GO ELSE WHERE FOR YOUR PRINTING NEEDS!!
EDIT: Not a spam review, but I guess thats pretty easy to say when you start to notice your business drastically going down hill. DO BETTER.
SECOND EDIT: hey man send the cards or send me my money back, its that simple? You guys are a crooked business, and we will make sure everyone knows it!

I do NOT recommend this company if youre looking for a good company to print your flyers or cards for your business they are NOT it they are not reliable my families business has been waiting for their cards for weeks as we should be passing out company cards to grow the business this week the cards are no where to been found and the lack of communication from this company sucks we have no cards and most likely wont get a refund
Free services? Just trying to get what was already paid for weeks ago this is no blackmail just youre sorry excuse of a company to Provide services when people have already paid lots of money for these cards just for them to never show up and to have absolutely no communication on where or if they ever will and if no one is receiving what was paid for then theyre should be a refund
