Complete waste of my time every visit I've had. I went to the gun counter and waited for assistance while the employee was checking out another customer. I waited for 20 minutes while he then began casually conversating with the customer before I gave up. 2 other employees came by, one asked me if they could help me and told me the first guy would be "right with me." While the 3rd guy began helping 2 other customers behind me instead. I then went to the fishing area to grab what I needed where I waited yet another 20 minutes before leaving the store entirely our of frustrating while ANOTHER employee started telling fish stories to a different customer who denied that he needed help. The employees seriously need to limit their story telling and attend to customers who actually do need help. I appreciate a friendly conversation and connection, but these two instances were ridiculous and a huge waste of my time. I drove 2 hrs to shop here and I left with nothing.

I wasn't even said hello to, even though I was at the gun case looking at guns & identifying actual brands, styles, prices, features, and true interest in them with my boyfriend. There were a minimum of 4-6 employees moving around stock in the glass cases at the guns, so it wasn't like there wasn't someone in the area. We won't be coming back to this location since guns aren't a rarity. Working in customer service myself makes this interaction a poor one.

I was ignored for 10+ minutes while waiting to purchase a firearm. Pricing isn't competitive enough to be treated like a ghost I'll take my money elsewhere to the many other stores with better prices and staff that is interested in helping instead of bragging to each other about how well they've organized the displays while I wait.
