Kacey was incredibly disrespectful. She spoke over my sister and I the entire we were trying to communicate with her. She never took a moment to listen, show any concern, she is lacking in respect and empathy. At one point she said she wasnt going to argue with me even though she didnt give either one of us a moment to speak or ask questions! I could not get a word in and anytime I spoke she would continue talking and ignored anything me and sister would say. I am a manger over two public health clinics and experiencing this was completely appalling. I would like to give them 0 stars, but that is not fair to Dr. O. He was incredibly kind and patient and took the time to hear out our frustrations and then explain their policies and procedures. My sister loves Dr. O and has been going to him for a while now, but because of our experience with Kacey, she is very hesitant to reschedule with them.

Took my two youngest kids to see Dr. Okechukwu yesterday for the first time. The staff was super friendly and helpful. And they were all amazing with the kids. Very patient. My children have lots of hereditary dental issues and he was able to take care of some of their needs right after their cleanings. He also made great recommendations for an orthodontist and Oral Surgeon for their other issues. Will be bringing my oldest in next week and will continue to use this office for all of our dental needs.
