Gloria is simply the Best, Most Thoughtful Florist I have had the privilege to interact with especially during this difficult time. I cannot thank her enough for guiding me through my request, making sure every detail was tended to, and for maintaining communication with the funeral home. Thank you, Gloria!!

We ordered a deluxe version of a bouquet to be delivered to my mother-in-law, paying over $100 for them. What she received was a pitiful excuse of an arrangement. We understand that florists always make some substitutions from what is on a website but what was delivered wouldn't even cost $25. When we called the florist, Gloria, to ask what happened, she just offered our money back. When I asked her to explain why the arrangement went out looking like it did, she just said "Well, I'm giving you your money back." She didn't care about customer service and didn't care that she tried to rip us off! Think twice before you order from them.

I called Lyons yesterday to order a delivery for this morning and she was so efficient and kind. I asked for yellow and orange flowers with some greenery and they turned out even better than I could have imagined. I say this was the perfect arrangement to celebrate my mom on her special day. Thank you so much!!!
