        My mom was in memory care and would not recommend this place. They cant keep staff. There was minimal interaction between staff and clients. A very depressing environment. The facility is gorgeous but that cant make up for the terrible care. Also they kept raising prices. My mom was there for around a year and a half and the rent increased by around $1000. Not to mention the level of care prices increased also.

        Primrose Retirement is a great place to work. The leadership team work together very well. They are great at team work and conflict resolution, always looking for ways to improve resident, staff and family satisfaction.
