I applied online and it was easy to set up. Just plug in the equipment and let it load up and it works great. A tech did come out to check it and he was very friendly.

We have had VGI for several years now. We did have amazing service until a few weeks ago. It just keeps getting worse. Some days it won't work AT ALL. The rest of the time it's in and out and VERY blurry. Takes me back to 1999, y'all. I just love paying for a service I can't use. I called Friday afternoon to have someone come out and fix it and they told me all agents were busy and I would receive a call back very shortly. Well, the call back never came, so I emailed them. Erika told me they would call me Monday morning. They never did, so I called them and they said they couldn't come out to fix it until Tuesday. I looked next door at my neighbor's and they sure could come out and fix theirs though today! So, I called the main office to see if they could come next door after to adjust our antenna. I was told I would receive a call back which I'm still waiting on. I'm not holding my breath. I'm telling you, the longer you are a customer with any business, the crappier they treat you. Hopefully it's fixed tomorrow. If not, I'll just have to find a new Internet company. I'll update my review if my service goes back to being amazing. I posted a pic of the technician right next door.

Update, it's been one week since my last update. I'm still a VGI customer! Service has been more reliable. Connection speeds have improved. A few different members of the team have reached out to see about my service since the resolution of my issues. Thank you. Service techs: 5 Technical support: 4 Office staff: 4 Management: 4 Company dependability:4 Update, I have been shown the customer care VGI is capable of. My issue has been resolved for the moment. I really appreciated the way the customer care associate Wade made an effort to bring my dilemma to an end. I look forward to the opportunity to change my revised review to a 4 or 5 star rating. Waiting to see how long the connection will go without issues. Our internet has been down multiple days on multiple occasions this month. Asked for someone in billing to contact me about discontinuing service, I'm not under contract... have heard nothing back. It's recommended you use a different provider that will at least let you disconnect service WITHOUT a hassle.
