This was my first home buying experience. Kevin Meyerhoff is who handled my loan. Awesome customer service. Prompt, kept in consistent contact with me and my wife. Was patient and answered any and all questions I had about the process. He talked me down a couple times too, when I was stressing over things Kevin is as good as they come. In fact everyone I dealt with that was involved in the whole process was really good. Would, and will recommend Preferred Rate.
