        They have continuously messed up our mortgage payments and they are impossible to get on the phone to fix it. I called AGAIN today and was disconnected 3 times. When I finally got someone on the phone, I was disconnected after 30 minutes of no one being able to figure out why the amount was incorrect. They will not give you a phone number to be able to call any department directly even after being specifically asked. If you can avoid doing business with them, DO.

        Very bad experience, and disrespectful for ppl Timing! The business manager over there doesnt understand the value of the customers timing! I was wondering why they got 2 stars!

        Manager was unable to offer me a solution and shut me down quickly. Went to a different BBVA location in Mesquite where the manager was more then helpful and was able to offer me multiple solutions! 0/10 dont recommend this location.
