        If I could leave ZERO stars I would. Here it is im waiting an HOUR for flowers that were promised by 4. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Conveniently NOBODY can answythe phone, because they are CLOSED. And googles shows open. SCAM , stay FAR AWAY FROM HERE. I will NEVER BE BACK. Completely ruined my wifes surprise birthday. Im beyond LIVID. Will be contacting BBB YELP AND EVERY PLACE THEY ARE LISTED!!

      Firstly, our driver is currently en route to deliver your order to the store. There has been a delay due to traffic, but we have been in touch and have offered a 20% refund for the inconvenience. We hope you find this satisfactory. However, we were disheartened to receive a negative review after the refund was processed, along with a threat.Secondly, regarding the wait time, it is not accurate to say that it was an hour. We were approximately 30 minutes late, and as a gesture of our commitment to service, we issued a 20% discount on your order.
