What a mess this past year has been for me. Both knees swelled up and were very painful. At one point I had to use a walker. Diagnosed as having osteoarthritis in both knees. Started seeing Julie at Select three days per week for two months. Julie really knows her profession and greatly helped my condition. Next came severe pain and lack of motion in my left shoulder. MRI showed a torn rotator cuff. Julie started working on that issue when my other shoulder went out on me. Julie's knowledge and abilities really came through for me during the two months she targeted my shoulders. She came up with specialized exercises and massage to improve my range of motion. I am now pain free in my knees and my shoulders are almost 100 per cent and getting better. Can now do yard work without pain. Julie is highly recommended by me.
