        In to get registration and signed in on kiosk. Noticed people were being called out by phone number, so I was expecting to hear my phone number called. Then I faintly heard my name so I walked up to the window and asked the lady if she called my name and her response was "three times". How rude and unprofessional. I must say they are quick, I was in and out in 15 minutes.
