I worked with Ross to secure the recently released IWC Ingenieur. The experience end-to-end was amazing, especially since I'm based in Austin and completed the purchase remotely. Shipping was fast, and the watch was sized perfectly for my wrist and even arrived set to the correct date/time. The attention to detail made the experience feel luxurious and I plan to work with Zadok to make future purchases.

I bought a watch here this past weekend and Ross Moran was my salesperson. I looked at website first and requested a text with information. A sales person contracted me and confirmed pricing and in stock status. I then went to the store the next day. Ross was helpful along the way with no pressure. Everyone I encountered in the store acknowledged me and said hello and offered a drink etc. The store is well laid out and has many different brand. The watch selection is great and i noticed the men's ring section was larger than most places. While sitting outside waiting for watch to be sized, I believe the store manager acknowledged me as well. I will definitely go back to this store and Ross for any future watches.
