I gave 1 star because I like Dr. Trusty and have been coming here since 2016. The staff on the other hand is horrible. They wont let you see the doctor if you arrive 10 mins late. They are unprofessional on the phone. Im standing in your lobby, it is empty and you cant see me for a re-check. Dont order your glasses here! I ordered progressive lenses and and they didnt order them right (room spins when I wear them) and the staff refuse to send them back so Im out of money. Ive had enough and wont be back.

Great place, just the receptionist duties are Severely lacking. Hardly ever answers phone when I call, and often get hung up on whether it be accident or not. Cute technicians.. that's good... Lol but anyways that's about it

I got a couple of pairs of prescription glasses there a few years ago and after a year the coating on the lenses started to come off from the edges. I showed it to them and they refused to replace the lenses. The coating has now degraded about an eighth of an inch in from the edges. Ill never go to this place again.

Never answer the phone and never call you back. But they do send you non stop email spam!

The staff is super friendly and top notch. Office is modern and eyewear selection is good. Highly recommend them
