        I have worked with Pot O Gold for several years now. When there has been a problem, I have found them to be responsive. I have never had an issue getting something done. Their Customer Service team cannot be beat! Always courteous and on the ball.

        Our small event with one Pot-O-Gold Potty has been very pleased with the cleanliness and service provided by Pot-O-Gold. Nice customer service takes the order, potty gets delivered as advised, the unit is clean and stocked. Thank you so much!

        Slowest company i have ever used before. First person "forgot" to look for the email she asked me to send and didn't get the unit out to us when she was supposed to that day. I had to call back just to get it the next day because my order was "missed". They said they would try to have out first thing the next day since they messed up and it arrived at 4pm which isn't first thing. Then after the rental it took 40 days or so to get the invoice so I could charge my customer because they only bill once a month. I would never use them again.
