Come here to buy equipment for my shipping company and man does it take ages to get any help and when you finally get the girls (Ivana) attention shes running around doing other stuff. Bad customer service, always locked, and never made my company account after telling me they will everytime I come. Just bad service

I placed an order on Amazon for an item distributed by United One Source. There was a glitch in the processing and I did not receive my order. Once the error was recognized, Chris and the United One Source immediately rectified the situation. The order was fulfilled in 24 hours. The level of customer service was above and beyond what you see these days. Having a business that cares about individual order as much as they do their large corporate accounts shows the true character of this company. I would highly recommend them for any warehouse, shipping, moving, delivery and packing supplies that you may need.
