        Came in to buy a phone and open a new line. Upon entering I was greeted warmly by Spectrum Specialist Yolanda Gomez Cruz. She was very polite and knowledgeable and told me about discounts and specials that came with my trade. She even switched all my data, contacts and photos over. It took a while but she was very patient and walked me through the process. I absolutely love my new Samsung S24 ultra. Yolanda is a great asset to Spectrum. Keep up the great work Yolanda!

        I just returned their equipment because sometimes it works, but most times, it doesn't. Plus, what Spectrum charges for service is outrageous. To each it's own when it comes to Spectrum, I do not care for them all that much, but that's my feelings and my opinion.
