        Really enjoyed my nights stay at the Beeman Hotel. Rooms: Rooms are really nice. The beds are supper comfortable. Got a good nights sleep. Walkability: Easy walk to Mockingbird Station Food & drinks: The food is always delicious. Creative and good drinks. Noteworthy details: Hotel art is nice.

        This was THE worst experience we ever had staying at a hotel! During our stay we kept the do not disturb sign on the door from day 1, but later found out an employee entered our room without consent and stole our jewelry. Engineering ran the keycard log for our room 318 and found that an employee did in fact enter our room from housekeeping, but the individual listed on the keycard profile no longer works at the hotel and they dont know who cleaned on the 3rd floor per the housekeeping manager, Angel. No cameras on any floors except the 1st floor. The housekeeping manager, Angel, tried to get us to leave the front desk and allow them to give us a call upon their review multiple times, which felt like a way to cover up this whole experience. Were now pending an investigation by the hotel and Dallas PD. Please save yourself the stress and do not stay here.

        Excellent service, food, drinks, guest services, free parking, and rates. There's not enough good things to say about the Beeman. I love staying here when I visit Dallas. Food & drinks: Love the bar and restaurant. Quality drinks and great food options for all tastes. American with Texan flair and nice touches.

        I wish I could have had a better experience here. Apparently there is only 1 suite in the entire hotel. Check in is at 3pm. We arrived at 4pm only to be told the room wasn't ready yet..ok fine but it's been an hour AFTER check in and no one even bothered to call and let us know?? Then we kept being told "5 minutes, 10 minutes" and we didn't get to check in until almost 520pm. Meanwhile, the front desk person (Stacey I believe) was extremely rude and acted like she couldn't even be bothered to deal with us. The bar staff was nice and the front desk staff the next day were very polite. The lady serving at the cafe the next morning was EXTREMELY nice, helpful, and professional.
