TERRIBLE! On the phone they tell you one thing and when you get there they waste your time telling you that you need something that they never mentioned on the phone. It's a shame how incompetent people they have there. Besides, they made me wait an hour! My appointment was at 2 PM and I was there on time and they saw me an hour later only to tell me that I needed documents. It is a lack of respect for the working people who go there to do their paperwork!

Not to be ungrateful or ungrateful, but this day was chaos at the mobile consulate that came to Oklahoma City, a total lack of control, people who were there from 7 and 8am and a friend who arrived from 8am and until now they are going to pass and above they tell you that you have to go bring your DUI Dallas anyway. He wasted the entire day without eating for pleasure, and that was the case for many, perhaps 300 people attended, and especially with children, that was catastrophic. Even the consulate staff, I think, had not even eaten either and we know that they did the best they could, but there could have been a little more organization on the part of the superiors.
