Beware of Biotex: A Horrific Experience with Kyle Reist's Mold Inspection Services"I recently had the misfortune of hiring Biotex, operated by Kyle Reist, for a mold inspection, and it was an utter nightmare from start to finish. First and foremost, the exorbitant fee of $920 was demanded upfront, promising a comprehensive inspection and timely report delivery. However, what ensued was nothing short of a disaster.After the inspection, Kyle Reist vanished into thin air, leaving me in the dark for a whopping 8 days before receiving the mold report, despite promising a mere 3-day turnaround. And that's not even the worst part! Despite multiple requests for vital information and pictures, Reist conveniently "forgot" to provide any of the requested details.But the real icing on the cake? When my doctor, concerned about potential health risks, asked for some of the supposedly taken mold pictures from the attic, Biotex's Kyle Reist conveniently decided to play ghost. He suddenly ceased all forms of communication, leaving me stranded with unanswered calls and texts.If you have any regard for your time, money, and sanity, steer clear of Biotex and Kyle Reist's mold inspection services. The lack of professionalism, abysmal communication, and utter disregard for customer satisfaction make this company a regrettable choice for anyone seeking quality service. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for your mold inspection needs.

We had Kyle come out to inspect mold in our kitchen and we're so glad we did. The mold he tested ended up being one of the worst types and we had it promptly remediated for our safety, via a protocol Kyle drafted up. He was friendly and thorough, answered my numerous questions, and went above and beyond to ensure there wasn't mold in any other areas of our home--including scouring our attic and checking for possible leaks in our roof. We're grateful to have taken care of this the right way so our home is that much safer for our kids. Thank you, Kyle!

Kyle did a great thorough job when he came to my home. He took multiple pictures as well using his moisture meter. It has been close to a year since he was here. I'm STILL trying to get the insurance company to do their part and it's like pulling teeth. He took more time out of his day, resending his reports and pictures showing definite mold, for me to deal with Allstate insurance company.. they have been very difficult to deal with. My problem was mold under my flooring. To them, if they couldn't see it, it wasn't there. They must have hired people off of the street, because they didn't have a clue as to what to look for. I lived with that for months, which is not healthy... Kudos to Kyle First Bio Tex Mold Inspections.

Kyle was friendly, professional, and Harley(our black lab) approved. He was patient with my young kids who asked 100 questions and went over everything with me before and after each step of the inspection process. I will 100% contact Biotex again for any inspection needs we may have in the future.
