I have been trying to open account with this institution for about six weeks now. Never in my life have I had to beg a company to take my money. I would recommend you look for another small bank to due business with.

I called here for a car loan application, wasn't in the best mood today but Esmeralda, one of the workers here made it alot better. Very sweet, had alot of patience and very professional. Was a quick process but helped me out with all my questions. I definitely recommend this place, especially speaking to Esmeralda will make your day. Thank you ITCU for the help! (:
