        website must be a complete lie, says takes new patients and does emergency dentistry, but the lady who was mumbling into the phone said that they actually only take people who have been referred by their regular dentist, so website is a complete lie

        Definitely will make this my Primary Dental Office for me and the family!!! The staff was very friendly and professional.. Also I have to say Misty the office manager went above and beyond to help me resolve a issue with my computer insurance and scheduling!!!! She really is on top of her game with her staff and patients!!!!!! Thank you Lovett!!!!

        Took a long time to get seen. They referred to someone else and gave me the information I called them and they had no idea why I was given their info. Got a message later that day from Lovett dental saying I had to pay even though the insurance shouldve covered everything. So I called back trying to address my 2 issues and and they didnt know anything or how to help so I asked for someone to call me back that knew something and no one did.
