Dr Banks and his wonderful staff give amazing service. I honestly don't think they could treat me any better if I was their own family. I had another great experience in Dr Banks' office two weeks ago and again today. Two weeks ago he installed an implant base. It caused minimal pain and I never took a thing for it. Today I had my teeth cleaned and the hygienist was wonderful. I have always believed that a business owner attracts to himself employees who are the kind of people that he is, and that sure seems to hold true here. There's a culture of goodness and kindness and expert competence that permeates the whole practice.

Never liked going to dentist, however, since I MUST I seriously wouldn't trust anyone but J.Steven Banks and his staff. I always leave feeling better than when I came. Thank you guys for your professionalism and genuineness every time.

I am always impressed by the level of care and attention to detail when I visit Dr. Banks office. I am never hesitant to go to the dentist when I know I am in good hands!
