        Just finished building my home in Tradewind Square. I mainly worked with Mariah and she was super easy to communicate with and could answer any questions I had. I met Nick towards the end of the building process and he took care of any touch ups or last minute fixes that were needed fast and efficient. Overall great experience working with Bluehaven Homes!

        There was white fuzz coming out from underneath our baseboards in 4 rooms and 2 closets.We had stained concrete. We were told to use water and vinegar to make it go away. Within 4 seconds after doing that, it was back. Then we were told it would take 2 years for it to go away. After 3 years, it was still there. We never got any resolution for the problem. At our own cost, $10,000, we had planking put in. It kept the white stuff from getting in. I could go on and on about the poor construction throughout the entire house. Do not buy or have built a Bluehaven home! Service: Home building
