We had some water damage in our home, and called SERVPRO based on a reference from a neighbor. I have nothing but positive things to say about Alex, the on-call manager I spoke with, and Cleatis, who was working our home. Cleatis reached out to my home insurance provider and was able to get a claim number and work out details about coverage before I even was aware of who my claim adjuster was. He was clear in his communication about his process and did a very thorough job in remediating our home from the water damage. I appreciate how frequent his communication was, as it was a multi-day job, and how clean everything was when he finished. Overall, really impressed with SERVPRO and would recommend to others. It's never easy dealing with 46" of water on one's finished basement and mechanical room, but Servpro was beyond fantastic about keeping us posted regarding their arrival time and scope, keeping in touch, and following up (not to mention great, thorough work!). The 59th Street Baptist Church sustained extensive water damage on August 3rd. The response from Servepro was immediate. Our emotional needs were met immediately, as Sean held our hands through the whole process. He took the time to explain all the steps that would be taken to try to make us whole again.
