This FedEx location is awesome. I had a package held here, and the manager went above and beyond for me. She was knowledgeable, efficient and so kind. Thank you!

The employee has refused to give me my package, however, I have been here for 21 minutes waiting to see if she changes her mind, she gives me my package and in that time I could see that another client arrived, she gets out of her vehicle, goes to the location, the employee proceeds to open it for her. the door and deliver your package. That's why I go to the door and claim that she gave the package to the girl in the vehicle and she keeps yelling at me, we're closed. The person from the vehicle arrived at 5:21 pm and was able to deliver her package. I arrived at 5:03 pm and denied delivery of it. That's called discrimination and poor customer service.
