I am one of your accounts at 9820 Woodfern Rd. On October 22 I contacted you by phone and e-mail to stop your service immediately. You indicate you cut my lawn on October 27 ignoring my stop work message. Also on October 22 I phoned and sent you an e-mail indicating your man cut off a branch from my bushes when he cut the grass on October 19. Now my bushes in front don't look good. you have not responded or apologized or offered compensation. Needless to say I am very disappointed and am ready to write a public review of my experience and dissatisfaction with your work. I'm giving you an opportunity to respond to me about this before I write that review bu I won't wait long. Mr. Sandler
