Was amazing back in 2017 back when they had doorsman, clean, etc. On a steep decline, would not recommend anymore

Terrible management. They will never respond to your email after u sign the lease. Hard to communicate. Very rude. They are lowering down the rent because no one is moving in. The resident gate is never fixed and they tried to charge you for parking by forcing their device on your car and making you pay for it. $200 for the fine and $250 for deposit of the device. This is absurd. The only star is for the maintenance team. Bless their heart

The new management here are absolutely fantastic. They are definitely many steps up from the prior management and I have witnessed it first-hand. The issues that the previous company have neglected as discussed in earlier reviews are constantly being ironed out by Laura and her wonderful team. I had a conversation with her and she is diligently working on improving Presidential City as a whole and I would not hesitate to stop by to consider it your next home. Special thanks to Laura and Josh during this difficult management transition.
