        Highly recommend Bromley, lived here for about 2yrs and you can't beat the neighborhood. Everything you'd need is within walking distance or public transit (bus stop right around the corner). Dawn and the entire leasing/maintenance team are amazing. They're extremely communicative and quick to respond to any questions, maintenance requests, etc. Never have issues with packages or mail. It's a great and safe community.

        This is the worse experience Ive ever had in my life any apartment I have lived in is friendly and has common courtesy. My daughter and I were literally kicked out of the pool on her 4th birthday and told to get a pool pass from the office by the office manager. She did this on her way home knowing the office was closed. My daughter is so devastated and cried all night on her birthday. The office manager also went through the grill area moving balloons that I had up for my daughter. She is rude and disrespectful and has no customer service skills and doesnt handle residents concerns. I have emailed about many concerns and they have not been addressed. I would never refer anyone I know to move here.
